A constant search for my legitimate place in the world drives my artistic process. My body, with all its complexity, its physical and emotional existence carries biographical weight accumulated over time and evolving in each moment.
My materials are collected during wanderings in nature, the landscapes of my childhood, my parent's home, memories ingrained within me, and my imagination.
Photography is a medium that allows me to connect different dimensions and create new environments and spaces. I bring my photographed self, various objects, and accessories to the forefront, crafting worlds, assembling, combining, playing, and creating simulations of safe spaces.
The images I create embody my hope that the body is all-powerful, realizing its potential despite its imperfections while acknowledging it holds wounds, scratches, scars, and the marks of time — the proof of its impermanence. My body is vulnerable and aspires to be seen as it truly is.
